Actually both of these ICC accounts are quite strong with first class operators.
However, Over-Rated has some serious restrictions in his formula for playing
against computers while Blargh pretty much lets anyone play him without many
restrictions.

Over-Rated:

(((!computer & rating > myrating-500) | (computer & rating > myrating-25) &
rated & blitz & noescape )| rating > myrating-400 & rated & standard | rated &
bullet | rating > 2000 & unrated) & !wild"


Blargh:

(registered & unrated | !computer & rating > myrating-600 | rating >
myrating-400) & noescape & !wild
