You don't need to be NUMA at _all_ to run on a dual opteron.  I've _done_ it,
remember, I'm not just _talking_ about how it ought to be, I'm telling you how
it _really_ is...

Besides you have already said that Crafty doesn't know anything about NUMA yet
it is getting good results on 2-8 opteron boxes...

Pick a side and stay on it, please...
