Wilhelm uses the md5sums published by Hyatt for the DTM files and md5sums from
Tamplin and Bourzutschky for the other endgame metrics.

If you generate and compress EGTB yourself, you must use the same compression
parameters - otherwise you will get different files and therefore different
md5sums.
