Robert, I am not sure if I have understood your problem correctly but let say a
few general things in the hope I address your problem.

If you have Century 4 (for DOS) then it won't work under Windows XP, as no other
Rebel (for DOS) will work under WXP. You say you have "RebelXP for windows", you
probably mean Rebel12. If you have the Rebel12 cdrom then simply install the EOC
via the installation process, it will install the same 55 million EOC database
as the one of Century 4, of course in good shape.
