Hello Chris,
I decided to also do a match between the same two opponents. Same time controls
and same book. I'm running 2 ea XP2400+ machines with auto232. One concern I
have is how to tell Crafty it is playing a computer. I can do this in the RC
file but the Chessbase operation which allows us to use the Shredder.ctg book
seems to ignore any ".RC" file. I did "zero" out all learning before using the
Shredder.ctg book.
By the way mine started like yours. Crafty won the first game as black and lost
the next 3 games.
Jim
