Subject: Toy n., plaything, game, triviality; KK's plea for improvement (rare);

If KK never used the term 'toy,' the subsequent instructive reactions would not
have been posted. I do value the masters' description of how they use their
programs, and I'd like them to continue elaborating.
verb, to entice, to tease...get the idea?

I happen to use programs the way KK suggests. I think I understand just about
everyone's opinion on this issue, and I don't feel worked up about it, just
really entertained...I confess I skip to the end of threads though...

Keep in mind that being a "toy" is not mutually exclusive of "didactic"
qualities.

I wonder what the folks at Mindscape think of Mr. Cumming's comment re whether
the term "toy" is offensive.

Keep in perspective what their market is, "hey kids, guess what toy I bought you
for Christmas!"

"Oh Daddy, Mommy, thank you!"

They'd also be chuckling that so many posts are about their product.
Say KK, how much are they paying you?
