Subject: Question regarding the use of RAM for EGTB's

From time to time I see lots of posts here regarding the use RAM for hash
tables; but seldom any discussion of use of RAM for EGTBs.  Is there a
rule-of-thumb for what percentage of RAM should be allocated to EGTBs?  I don't
believe SSDF even reports how much RAM its computers use for this purpose.  Is
this because it doesn't matter much?
