Hi,
first I have both programs and I tested it,
second: inside Chessmate they use an "universal compiler?" - I do not know the
original english word for that - which compiles a program to different
platforms. So Kasparov Ruffian runs on the pocket Pc similar to an emulator.
third: no time control works really  :-))
