HT : hypertransport is very useful (AMD feature)

SMT also called HT : hyperthreading as in the P4.

Intel cancelled all follow ups of the Prescott and continues with pentium-M.
Pentium-M will come out in CMP form. That means that they put 2 chips at 1 die.

So effectively intel already answerred our question. It's a big failure. CMP
wins the battle.

Q3 2005, also the opteron will come out in CMP form and be even pincompatible
with current opterons.
