A couple of days ago I asked how to calculate ELO intervals with 68%, 95% and 99.7% confidence levels. Actually I am a bit surprised none pointed me to ELOSTAT. It does everything I need and more. In it's simplest mode (third option) you can simply enter number of wins, draws and losses, and it calculates the ELO difference between two versions, as well as intervals for the mentioned three confidence levels. You can also feed it a tournament pgn and it calculates all ELO's *with* a 95% confidence interval. What a great program! Bas.
