Why is it so hard to find on-line help to solve problems I am having with Fritz 8? The manual tells me to go to chessbase.com, but all I see there are columns by Steve Lopez.I am having trouble registering,and disabled the firewall and anti-virus as per instruction, but it didn't work.I cannot find the "read me" file.Viva-media tells me to go to program files,viva media,and Fritz 8,and the "read me" file should be there.The trouble is I don't see a viva media in the program files.I installed the program in the default location and am at a loss as to resolve the problems.Has anyone experienced the same problems?
