That really depends on what your "problems" are. From your message I can distill
you:
- are "having trouble registering". What is "having troubles"? Can't you startup
the Playchess client? Can you, but are you lacking a serial number? Aren't you
but do you enter your serial number and do you get an error message? Do you
enter the number and does nothing happen? Is it something else?
- can't find a file on your hard disk, probably located in the viva media
directory where Fritz is installed? In that case use the standard Windows search
function to search for the file. Also try and look on the CD Rom.
