Thanks :) the original article I saw as a /. posted one as well. Though I never knew of the gpgpu.org site, seems fascinating. If you just write engine code in shader space (believe that's the correct term) then you could really create a fast engine. Kinda like having your own hydra but with generic PCI/AGP components instead of the FPGA boards which are more expensive.
