Is it possible some temp files are being left in your windows temp directory ? Check your temp directory normally c:\documents and settings\your user name\local settings\temp directory delete everythng in there. Some may be un use and may not delete, but the vast majority should. It is a good idea anyway to periodically clear out this directory.
