Dear Mr.President

thank you for your insight and opinion...

for me of course the CCC has evolved(or should i say..mutated)into a silicon
monster that uses human beings as servants/slaves..mere delivery boys ..just
like when i get a home delivery of pizza or Chinese food..
most of the postings are humans reporting back what the computers have
analyzed.. after the cry of "Gentlemen start your engines! is raised,(much like
the bell in the Pavlov dog experiments),many then rush away to bring up their
PC program ,cutting and pasting into the message box the analysis of the most
recent version of the hottest program of the moment(which lasts about 5 minutes)

many times the pastings and cuttings and postings are even without human comment

a sad turn of events ...but so is the state of computer chess in general..i
think

my prediction for the future..
soon the silicon monster will be able to automatically cut and paste without the
need for a human slave and we can eliminate human involvment all together on the
CCC
but never fear...i will still be here(i hope) to write my messages about the
days of honor and glory in computer chess..when men were men and chess was chess
