Has there been any testing regarding the strength of the new commercial versions of Ktulu (5.1) and Patriot (1.2.3)? Any opinions? Are they worth shelling out $$ for? Also, I have a question about Shredder Classic. I went to its site, but they don't mention what version of Shredder they are offering for sale. Is it the Shredder 8 engine? Also, is the engine sold on that site UCI compatible, so it can be used under other GUIs (like ChessBase)? Thanks. Mark Anderson
