It seems that the tactical blunder is not Nxe4

After Nxe4 Qe3 Rxc3 bxc3 Nf6 I do not see a win for white.

I guess that zappa blundered by Bxh6 when it could play Nf6(after Bxh6 Qxh6 Nf6
black is really losing because the king is at g8 when after Nf6 Bxg7 Kxg7 Qh6+
Kh8 the position is different because the black king is at h8.
