This was voted second best game of Volume 28. Volume 28 also was the first CI

How did I do this?

Using CI Reader 2.1+ , anytime I copy an FEN to the Windows 2K clipboard, it
searches the CI database for the position. It tells me what volume and game #.
This game was from Volume 28 game #40 I then open the CI Expert 5.0 and just
copy the the game with annotations to a pgn file.
