Subject: A small help with Gerbil please!

Can anyone just remove the code (protover 2 code i mean) in Gerbil source
because it will be lot easier to go through without it.I think even without that
the engine works with winboard.I requested Bruce Morland but he didnt give any
reply.His email is brucemo@seanet.com right? Please if anyone can do this it
will benefit all newbies learning chess programming.Even that version can be
released.So I am awaiting for reply.Thanks a lot.
