Chessbase got no *exclusive* rights. Everybody is free to do whatever he/she
wants with TBs themselves. Only the access code is copyrighted.

Of course Chessbase can hold copyright on the product it sells -- packaging,
artwork on CDs (if any), etc. But each and every file is free.
