It will display the output in the Engine Analysis window that is normally below

I have no idea what this 19.10b is Hyatt does not release version in this
fashion. I do not know where you got it or how it was compiled (which could be
the problem) I recommend that you got to Skinner site http://crafty.webkikr.com/
and get a known work version.

Get rid of the above line as you need to be setting this with the command line
option in Arena.

In the arena set up you should have;

tbpath=c:=\progra~1\chess\tbs
