OK, I had the analysis line color set as all black, since I found it distracting
while watching games in progress. It is definitely searching because there are
no EGTB entries there, only search trees. I took out the tbpath line as you
suggested, and the Arena setup for Crafty already had the command line option of
tbpath=c:\progra~1\chess\tbs. Now, with no tbpath= in the .rc file, but having
it as an Arena command line option in the Crafty setup, the log does not
indicate that EGTBs were found as it did using my original config. BTW, Crafty
19.10b is simply the Arena name I gave a non-SE Crafty 19.10 compile from
Michael Byrne. The same symptoms appear with Crafty 19.10 and 19.13 Byrne SE
using both Arena 1.08 and 1.07.
