He has answered that in another thread. He said he gave them _no_ "exclusive rights" of any kind. The tables are "free", period... Copying a chessbase CD would probably be a bad idea if they have anything besides EGTB files on them. But if that is _all_ they contain, then I don't see any way ChessBase could enforce any copyright claim of any kind.
