Yes, that P4 in the list is running at 3700MHz/3.7GHz though, overclocked. Try
to compare that to some of the freon cooled Athlon FX chips running 3.1-3.4GHz.
They should bring in about 1880-2060Kn/s in 32bit mode with this test.
