Yeah, with all of the model numbers and settings they can use it can get quite confusing at times. I think there are 2-3 different versions of the 2600+ for example. Yes, those Tbred-B cores were nice. If you picked some of the 'good' 1700+ JIUHB DLT3C 0310XPMW TbredB chips they had the potential to hit 2.6GHz, which is somewhere around a theoretical 4GHz P4 in speed.
