(i know what i'm talking about :-)) Zonealarm is freeware : http://www.zonelabs.com/store/content/home.jsp Check frequently your OS updates, and antivirus updates. Never open a mail attachment. If you really want to, save it on your computer, then scan it with an antivirus before to open. I'm sure you know, but it's better to repeat all this. Regards.
