In a Windows OS the filename + path stands in ParamStr[0]. So just read
ParamStr[0]. I can't give you an excample in C or C++, because i'm a
Delphi/Pascal programmer.
But i'm sure each Windows C programmer knows that, and can give you an excample,
how to read ParamStrings in C/C++.
