Well, yes, but there are very many who do so. Previously some players used to
ask strong players to help them, so the difference is small.
Pls. note that I am not saying all this is correct, but only that this is THE
REALITY...

I also do not agree with Uri about buying a chess program weaker to play against
it.
Why?
Because I prefer to loose all the games against a stronger program if I can
improve my play.
If all we want is to win, than why not to play against childs?
