Ok, hyperthreading makes the whole thing complicated/messy. Besides, the kn/s, 2CPU is with Deep Fritz8 and the kn/s, 1CPU is with Fritz8 (which is not the same as Deep Fritz8). A further element, as you suggested, would have been using 1CPU only, with Deep Fritz8.
