This will open the options dialog. Switch to the pane "Clipboard". There you can set PGN output to "old format". If you don't want Fritz to store "thinking time", "evaluation" and "expected move" you can switch it off by selecting the "Clocks and Notation" pane in the same dialog. Hope this helps!
