If he gets his dander up, and wants to vent -- as long as no personal attacks are made -- I see no problem with it whatsoever. I don't think you can take some off-the-cuff remark as a contract. I don't think we should be trying to control the ideas of each other or limiting computer chess related discussion in any way unless personal attacks are made. Mr. Cummings' opinions are as valid as anyone else's. IMO-YMMV.
