Here are my results for a 13-ply search from the opening position with the
number of entries of the pawn hash table varying from 1 to 2^17. The first
column is the size of the table, the second column is the time (in seconds):

32: 30.48
64: 30.00
128: 29.43
256: 29.10
512: 28.70
1024: 28.30
2048: 28.19
4096: 27.94
8192: 27.71
16384: 27.57
32768: 27.38
65536: 27.23
131072: 27.48
The curve flattens out very quickly, as you can see.
