Here are my results for a 13-ply search from the opening position with the
number of entries of the pawn hash table varying from 1 to 2^17. The first
column is the size of the table, the second column is the time (in seconds):

     1: 39.30
     2: 33.34
     4: 32.64
     8: 31.92
    16: 31.02
    32: 30.48
    64: 30.00
   128: 29.43
   256: 29.10
   512: 28.70
  1024: 28.30
  2048: 28.19
  4096: 27.94
  8192: 27.71
 16384: 27.57
 32768: 27.38
 65536: 27.23
131072: 27.48

The curve flattens out very quickly, as you can see.
