Just to clarify : The position given is just an example of how lack of eval could lead to a draw from a won position. Maybe this particular position is not easily evaluated - but the general idea of a king hunt leading to a draw is a common theme which I have seen my engine fall for : which some programs evaluate instantly as draw.
