Magellan (Atlanta) is rated just under 2200(high 2190's) and early testing in
Europe rates the SS at around 2150,however i have played plenty of games against
both computers and i think the SS is stronger(certainly at Blitz Games)
in addition i have pitted both against the Tasc R40 and the SS WENT 4-0(game /30
min)
i pitted the Atlanta against the R40 sometime ago(5 GAMES  30/MIN) and i dont
recall exactly the result but it was something like R40..3.5-1.5)
now of course i did not use rigourous testing methods and my resluts are
certainly not statistically exhaustive or even statisically valid but against
HUMANS i think the SS is a tougher opponent
