off course Ingo, i hope you have seen my ";-)".
But i still say that level 1 is much to easy nowadays. Ok it's your money.
If someone would give each programmer 1000€ for a chess program which would
reach level 1 until the end of 2004, i'm sure we would have many hundreds or
perhaps many thousands of chess programs above 2200 ELO around the world then.
And believe me, to reach that, you don't need to know more than the chess rules.
Just some basic programmer knowledge and the ability to read english documents
is enough, because nearby all chess programming papers are written in english.
But all in all i like your project and hope a Palestine programmer will read
your offer and has the ability to develope a chess program. In each case, good
luck from me.
