Dear Martin,

I agree with you

- but I don't know if you have seen the disput on CSS
(http://f23.parsimony.net/forum50826/) - its a hard work

and so I decided to go to the basics of measurement and significance and set
sf=2 - I know this might maybe a litte hard, but eg. Hyatt says a test maybe can
predit if an engine has 2200 or 2600 but never 2600 or 2650.

I personally BELIEVE they error is around 40-60 rating points - but I don't
know!
