Only the 2007 price is one that someone could claim. 50+ percent is 6 out of 11 in the 2004 world champs. It means you must be capable beating at least a few of the strongest programs on the planet, and 6 out of 11 means you are within top 10 of the current world. Each year it gets harder to get in the world top.
