In my dreams at this point I'd love to be in the 2005 WCCC.. but there's no way I can afford to go to Europe or even another state in the US at this point.. let alone a participation fee.. guess I'll see where the wind takes me next year. Till then I'll keep cracking, flipping those burgers and see what I can do in the meantime.. What other competitions are there? AT this point the only ones I've heard of are WCCC and Paderporn (spelling). Are there any WCCC-like competitions that are on a ICS like server? It's much easier to just setup your computer/network at home for a competition over broadband, than spending 1k's of $$$ on going to Europe/Asia/Middles East for a competition... for the price of going to Israel I'd rather build a small cluster.
