Make sure that you select both music and Bach in the setup menu. Windows audio player that comes with Windows will play any midi file if you have a sound card. Go to the music folder in the chessbase directory and you'll find some Bach folders which have midi files. In explorer double click one of the midi files and it should bring up your Windows Audio player and the midi will play if the accociation is correct. If not, select the proper association in the explorer. Since the music plays for me in Junior5 on my old machine with a four year old sound card, I am sure it should work on yours. It is also possible to fix things so it will play other midi files if you don't like Bach, but that is a different story.
