I have an allocated budget of $150,000/year for legal expenses. We have not fully tapped it since the settlements have occurred quickly. We have $295,000 in reserve should we need it, and another $150,000 when our fiscal year turns over at the end of September. Someone crosses the line, see you in court, that simple.
