For example, if we were to email you privately , let's say with a warning, and it bounces back because it is fake - well there can be no warning so you would be terminated immediately. On other hand, we simply do have not the time nor the inclination to root out everyone with a fake email address. But once we know someone has a fake e-mail address - as in your case , our tolerance for misbehavior goes to zero.
