after 1. c5 dxc5 white has not more than a draw:

2. d6 cxd6 3. Kxd6 a4! and white can grab the b- and a-pawn, but the resulting
position is a TB-Draw:

1.c4-c5 d6xc5 2.d5-d6 c7xd6 3.Kc6xd6 a5-a4 4.Kd6-c6 Kd8-e7 5.Kc6xb6 Ke7-d6
6.Kb6-b5 Kd6-d5 7.Kb5xa4:

[D]8/8/8/2pk4/K7/P7/1P6/8 b - - 0 7

Kb7 seems to lead to a draw too, so I's say the position is draw and there are
different moves to achieve the draw.

regards Joachim
