can others without knowledge have the same priviledges.
are these limited to only buying? can we also sell?
if we have knowledge about chess computers can we sell computer parts?

maybe not commercial but definitely in the business of buying dedicated chess
computers

ebay is extremely commercial for profit business.

if these dedicated chess computers were more plentiful, causing enough posts to
buy or sell, your suggestion would not be tolerated.
