Hello CCC Members! Making an offer to release a 10x8 Capablanca Chess aware position editor, it now seems for me to get serious problems with Ed Trice, though I not at all have intedend that. Moreover I am doing nearly everything what is possible, not to interfere with his Gothic Chess method of playing. Therefore kindly have a look on that posting of mine in the CSS forum [http://f23.parsimony.net/forum50826/messages/101376.htm] and check (in your opinion) whether: a) am I different enough from his GC with my CRC (Capablanca Random Chess) proposal? b) why should a position editing tool as suggested interfere with his patent?
