Subject: If 450 MHZ x (8/3) = 1.2 GHZ, then 1.2 GHZ x (8/3) = 3.2 GHZ

I was wondering when the next hardware will be used for the SSDF rating of chess
engines.  Will it be 3.2 GHZ or 3.6 GHZ?
In addition when will it happen? Next year (summer)?
