Thank you Richard. I appreciate this immensely. It was getting ridiculous and I agree that this forum is not place for a public discussion about something that requires a specialization in a field that requires a law degree. Too many "armchair attorneys" were offering very bad legal advice, and I hope you understand my response to you was for the greater good. Nobody has to agree with me or my objectives, and, quite honestly, I do not need nor seek anyone's approval. Please recall that it was the post of someone aiming to poke a loophole "into it" that triggered the mass of responses -- I have not made a posting on my own initiative since the previous debacle, and I have continued to respond to people in private via email. I am thankful to those who have elected to make it a private matter. --Ed
