Ed ,

Good Luck with Gothic Chess, I have played the game a few times and it is
certainly different.

As you know this forum is about computer chess and members are used to
discussing the subjects freely. Gothic chess is a game that you patented that
resembles chess, a patent you have indicated to defend at great cost (which is
your right). I hope you understand that we do not wish to put our sponsor at
unnnecceasy litigation risk and expense and that is the basis for our decision,

As Richard informed you, if and when you decide to open your own forum on
Gothic CHess please let us know. You're welcome to post its address here.

To all our members, this decision was an amiable decision among the moderators
made in the context of minimizing our sponsor's litigation risk.

Best,

Michael
