Indeed. Not only is your Voodoo card "ancient", but it is also completely
unsupported by all gaming companies as of at least two years ago (and probably
at least three years). 3dfx went out of business quite a while ago, and there
are no official drivers for their Voodoo cards that support DirectX 9.

So, in a nutshell, your system is a bit outdated.
