Drive the lone king to the corner square. This corner square must be the same color as the bishop square. IF the bishop is in the light squares, THEN corner squares are A8 and H1 ELSE corner squares are A1 and H8 ENDIF SET THE SCORE TO: Inverse of the distance of the lone king to nearest designated corner square (and multiplied by some factor). Plus, the inverse of the distance between the two kings (and multiplied by some factor). Plus, some constant. The factors and the constant are needed to harmonize this score with the rest of your scoring scheme.
