of course they TEST something. the question is: WHAT are they testing ? IMO it is not playing strength. anaylsis strength ? Whatever it is: it is there. otherwise you would not get different ratings. The same problem we have when people TEST the inteligence of humans. they measure something. but WHAT is it they measure ?
